Justin has been the Director since July 2022. He and his wife (married 2015) are originally from South Carolina and have two children, who were both born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Justin graduated from Francis Marion University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages. He has also has his Master of Divinity (2019) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and was ordained to ministry in 2022 by Edgewater Baptist Church, New Orleans. He loves exploring new places and traveling with his family.

Jade is from East Texas and recently married her best friend, Jake. She loves college students and ETX. She has done collegiate ministry for several years at UT Tyler and Trinity Valley Community College. She is excited that Kilgore is close to home! Jade loves to sing, play piano, and have deep conversations over coffee.

Marsha has been the Ministry Assistant since 2019. She is a native of Kilgore, TX and desires that all students would feel loved and grow in their walks with Christ.
